Korean Martial Arts wishes that it could offer a couple of
"self-defense" classes that could guarantee your safety in the event
that you would need to defend yourself.
Unfortunately, the reality is that if you are ever presented
with a life situation requiring that you defend yourself, your physical
response must be a conditioned one as your brain might not respond in
the most efficient manner when under that level of stress.
